Installing Proctorio
How It Works
Proctorio is a browser extension available for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. It becomes active when you log in to your exam and deactivates when you log out.
During the exam, Proctorio utilizes your webcam and microphone to record your movements, sending the data to your instructor for evaluation. Proctorio flags any potentially restricted activity, allowing your instructor to review the video and data to determine if any action is required.
What You'll Need
To use Proctorio, you need the following:
A computer (Windows/Mac laptop or desktop). Mobile devices such as iPhones, iPads, and Android devices are not supported. Webcam (built-in or external) Microphone (built-in or external) BuckID: If your instructor requires identity verification, use your BuckID instead of your driver's license or any other photo ID.
